Returns -
Due to the nature of our small-batch and made-to-order products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, but we are happy to assist with exchanges for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email inquiries.noeatelier@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order with your name, order number, and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to arrange an exchange or resolve the issue.
All shipping costs associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange requests that do not meet our policy.
