Shipping policy

All orders are shipped as soon as possible once purchase is made and upon payment approval. A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped along with a tracking number. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees that may apply upon delivery. We advise our international customers to be aware of their countries tax policies before purchasing. Note, Noe Atelier cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays or lost / stolen packages.
